Hygiene and Cleaning:

Prepare in advance:

Customers are advised to book appointments in advance.

Your appointment time is valuable to us; we want to ensure that you receive the best service possible during your scheduled appointment.

Please notify and contact me within 24 hours of your appointment if you need to cancel or adjust the time. We will be happy to help you reschedule.

Be on time because each appointment slot is reserved for a valued client. Kindly let us know as soon as possible if you are running late or cannot make it.

Three no-shows may require a deposit for a future booking.

Customers aged 14 to 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian for the duration of the service. We do not perform nail extensions or gel services on those under 14.

Nail Care After Treatment:

• Always use cuticle oil to keep cuticles unattached and nail bed healthy.
• Always wear protective gloves when gardening, doing DIY jobs, or cleaning with chemicals.
• Some suntan lotions can dissolve your nail polish.
• Moisturize your hands regularly.

Maintenance Program:

Your natural nails will continue to grow with the enhancement, and small gaps will appear, requiring filling.

The cost and frequency vary and are best discussed with a technician. It is usually required every 2-3 weeks.
